That is very exciting! Yes, it can be overwhelming. I do think it might help to have a few specific minerals in mind you’d like. For example, last show I went to I knew I wanted to find Dioptase. But certainly do not limit yourself. I wouldn’t have seeked out Chalcanthite, but it certainly spoke to me when I saw it in the shop. Once you get a collection going it will probably get easier, because you will know what you have and what feels like is missing.
